Availability

According to the requirements of the construction party, ensure timely and accurate supply, and actively cooperate with other related work. When delivering the goods, notify the consignee one day in advance, if any damage occurs during loading and transportation, it will be replaced in time. When supplying, provide the corresponding supply schedule, product manual, certificate of conformity, factory certificate and inspection report, grade of polyethylene material used (PE100), place of origin, nominal pressure and brand name. And provide supporting pipe fittings required for pipe installation. After the goods arrive, our company will have special after-sales service personnel to provide on-site guidance free of charge, and cooperate with and coordinate all matters related to it.

Installation And Construction

1. After the goods arrive, our company will send technical and service personnel to the construction site to guide the installation and coordinate related matters.
2. During the product warranty period, if the product is damaged or cannot be used normally due to our reasons, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement; if the problem is caused by the customer, our company will provide door-to-door service and charge an appropriate cost.
3. After the warranty period, if the user needs to carry out regular maintenance, we will actively cooperate.
